Terms of Service

Effective date: September 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the REPPED website, Chrome extension, and related services. REPPED is a product of Lisa Russell Films, LLC ("REPPED," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using REPPED, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the service.

1. What REPPED Is

REPPED is an AI-powered creative career platform designed to help artists and other creative professionals understand, organize, manage, present, and develop their creative careers.

REPPED may provide tools for Creative Intelligence Profiles, Smart Portfolios, Project Profiles, public-web research, connected accounts, opportunity discovery and matching, applications, publicity, career materials, AI-assisted analysis, a Chrome extension, and related services.

Features may be introduced, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued as REPPED develops.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not impersonate another person or create an account using information you do not have the right to use.

3. Early Access and Beta Features

Some REPPED services may be offered as early access, beta, experimental, preview, or developing features.

These features may contain errors, produce incomplete results, change substantially, or become temporarily unavailable. Your use of early access or beta features is at your discretion.

Feedback you voluntarily provide about REPPED may be used to improve the product and our services.

4. Your Creative Work Belongs to You

You retain ownership of the original creative work and materials you submit to REPPED.

Using REPPED does not transfer ownership of your films, scripts, writing, music, artwork, photography, performances, recordings, project materials, portfolio materials, or other original creative work to REPPED.

5. Permission Needed to Operate REPPED

When you upload, submit, connect, or otherwise provide content to REPPED, you give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, format, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and provide REPPED and the features you choose to use.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to REPPED.

You represent that you have the rights or permissions reasonably necessary to provide content you submit to REPPED.

6. Public Information, Connected Accounts, and Web Research

REPPED may identify and analyze publicly available information from websites, portfolios, publications, professional profiles, public databases, festivals, organizations, media platforms, and other public sources.

If you connect an account or professional profile, you authorize REPPED to receive and process information permitted by that connection for the features you request. You remain responsible for complying with the connected provider's terms.

Public and connected information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly attributed. You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on or publishing it.

7. Creative Intelligence Profiles

REPPED may organize information into a Creative Intelligence Profile using information you provide, publicly available or connected information, and information generated or inferred through REPPED's systems.

You should review your profile and correct information that you believe is inaccurate or incorrectly attributed.

Your internal Creative Intelligence Profile may contain more information than you choose to display publicly. Publishing or locking a portfolio does not freeze, transfer ownership of, or automatically publish your underlying Creative Intelligence Profile.

8. Artificial Intelligence

REPPED uses artificial intelligence and automated systems. These systems may generate summaries, classifications, recommendations, scores, matches, research, drafts, suggested language, or other outputs.

AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. You should review important outputs before publishing them, submitting them, or making professional, financial, legal, or other decisions based on them.

REPPED does not guarantee that AI-generated material is unique or that similar material will not be generated for another user.

9. Opportunities and Matching

REPPED may identify or recommend grants, festivals, residencies, commissions, jobs, speaking engagements, partnerships, funding opportunities, calls for work, and other opportunities.

A recommendation or match does not mean that REPPED represents the opportunity provider, has verified every requirement, or guarantees your eligibility, selection, funding, acceptance, employment, or other outcome.

Deadlines, eligibility requirements, fees, terms, and other opportunity information may change. You should verify material information with the relevant organization before applying or making a payment.

10. Chrome Extension, Applications, and Professional Materials

The REPPED Chrome extension may, after an intentional user action, read relevant content from the active opportunity or application page and use your REPPED profile or selected project to analyze fit, save an opportunity, or prepare draft responses.

REPPED may help draft applications, biographies, project descriptions, press materials, pitches, submissions, and other professional materials. You are responsible for reviewing and approving materials before they are inserted, submitted, or published.

The extension does not automatically submit applications. Unless REPPED expressly introduces a separate feature that you authorize to act on your behalf, REPPED does not have authority to enter into contracts, submit legally binding materials, or make commitments for you.

11. Public Portfolios and Project Profiles

If you choose to publish or share a REPPED portfolio or project profile, you are responsible for reviewing the information and materials you make public.

Public information may be viewed, indexed, referenced, copied, or shared by people and services outside REPPED.

Private edits do not update an existing public snapshot until you intentionally share or publish again.

12. Opportunity Profile Sharing

REPPED may allow you to opt in to sharing your professional profile for relevant opportunities, programs, partnerships, or other professional matching.

This choice is separate from your agreement to these Terms. You may use REPPED without transferring ownership of your creative identity or creative work to REPPED.

13. Third-Party Services

REPPED may interact with or rely upon third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, artificial intelligence providers, authentication providers, cloud services, public databases, APIs, and other services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, security, or actions. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Paid Services, Credits, and Billing

REPPED may offer free, paid, promotional, early-access, or subscription-based services.

Prices, included features, usage limits, credits, and billing periods will be presented when you purchase or enroll in a service. Credits are usage entitlements, have no cash value, and may not be transferred, shared, reset, manipulated, or obtained through unauthorized means.

Where a subscription automatically renews, the renewal terms will be disclosed as part of the purchase process. You may cancel according to the cancellation options made available through REPPED or the applicable payment provider.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors and may be subject to their additional terms.

Cancellation and Refunds. You may cancel a REPPED subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, paid membership benefits remain available through the end of the current paid billing period. Because REPPED provides immediate access to digital services, AI-powered features, portfolio tools, and usage credits, payments already made are non-refundable and unused credits have no cash value, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated by REPPED.

Canceling a paid membership does not automatically delete your REPPED account or creator portfolio. At the end of the paid billing period, your account may transition to the then-current Free plan and its applicable features, limits, and credit allowance.

Early Access Offer. Eligible users who enroll through REPPED's Early Access offer before the stated promotional deadline may receive 50% off the applicable Basic monthly membership price for their first 12 consecutive monthly billing periods. After the promotional period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard Basic monthly price disclosed at enrollment unless canceled before the next renewal. Canceling the subscription ends eligibility for future promotional billing periods unless REPPED expressly provides otherwise.

15. Acceptable Use

You may not use REPPED to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, impersonate another person, distribute malware, interfere with the operation or security of the service, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, scrape or extract REPPED in an abusive manner, bypass account or credit controls, or use the service to facilitate fraud or deception.

You may not knowingly submit content that you do not have the right to provide or use REPPED to falsely claim another creator's work, identity, credits, recognition, or achievements as your own.

16. REPPED Intellectual Property

REPPED's software, product design, branding, logos, interfaces, proprietary systems, and other REPPED-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of REPPED's software, technology, trademarks, or proprietary materials.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address fraud or abuse, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or respond to material violations of these Terms.

You may stop using REPPED at any time and may request account deletion through available account or support channels, subject to reasonable retention required for legal, security, billing, or technical purposes.

18. No Guarantee of Career Outcomes

REPPED is designed to support creative careers, but we cannot guarantee representation, employment, bookings, funding, grants, press coverage, festival selection, commissions, partnerships, audience growth, income, or other professional outcomes.

REPPED is an AI-powered software service and is not your lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, talent agent, or fiduciary unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REPPED is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lisa Russell Films, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of REPPED.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from content you knowingly submit without necessary rights, your unlawful use of REPPED, or your material violation of these Terms.

22. Changes to REPPED or These Terms

REPPED will continue to evolve. We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business, technology, or legal obligations.

If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide notice when reasonably required. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Lisa Russell Films, LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your jurisdiction provides rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
