Privacy Policy

REPPED is a product of Lisa Russell Films, LLC ("REPPED," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the REPPED website, Chrome extension, Creative Intelligence Profiles, Smart Portfolios, Project Profiles, opportunity tools, and related services.

REPPED is built around a simple principle: creators should have greater agency over their creative identity, career information, work, and data.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to REPPED, including your name, email address, account information, biography, professional information, creative disciplines, projects, credits, awards, press, speaking engagements, portfolio materials, links, files, preferences, application drafts, saved opportunities, corrections, confirmations, and other information you choose to provide.

We may also collect technical and usage information necessary to operate, secure, understand, and improve REPPED, such as device information, browser information, feature usage, authentication events, error logs, and interactions with the service.

2. Publicly Available Information

REPPED may research publicly available sources to help build, verify, enrich, or update your Creative Intelligence Profile and related REPPED features.

These sources may include websites, portfolios, professional profiles, festival and award websites, publications, media coverage, public databases, social platforms, video and audio platforms, organizational websites, and other publicly accessible sources.

Public information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, duplicated, or incorrectly attributed. REPPED therefore gives creators opportunities to review, correct, confirm, or remove information associated with their profiles.

3. Creative Intelligence Profiles

REPPED may organize information into a Creative Intelligence Profile designed to help understand your creative career, projects, professional history, public presence, recognition, opportunities, and other career signals.

Your Creative Intelligence Profile may contain information you provide, information obtained from public or connected sources, information generated or inferred by REPPED, and information you subsequently confirm or edit.

A Creative Intelligence Profile is not automatically the same as your public REPPED portfolio. REPPED may maintain information privately within your account that you have not chosen to publish publicly. Publishing or locking a portfolio does not transfer ownership of, or automatically publish, your underlying Creative Intelligence Profile.

4. Connected Accounts

If you choose to connect a third-party account or professional profile, REPPED may receive information authorized by that connection and use it to verify or enrich your Creative Intelligence Profile. The information available depends on the provider and the permission you grant. You may revoke a connection through available REPPED or provider controls. Connecting an account does not make all information in that account public.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to provide and operate REPPED, authenticate accounts, build and maintain profiles, analyze creative work and career information, generate portfolios, research and evaluate opportunities, support applications, generate career and publicity materials, personalize the service, provide customer support, prevent misuse, maintain security, and improve REPPED.

REPPED does not sell your personal information or private creative work. We do not use Chrome extension data for advertising, creditworthiness, lending decisions, or purposes unrelated to the user-facing REPPED features you request.

6. REPPED Chrome Extension

The REPPED Chrome extension is designed to help a creator analyze, save, and prepare applications for creative opportunities using their REPPED Creative Intelligence Profile and Project Profiles.

When you intentionally invoke an extension action such as Analyze Opportunity, Save Opportunity, Ask Your Manager, or Apply with AI, the extension may process the active page's URL, title, visible text, application questions, relevant form-field labels, available selection options, and limited form metadata needed to perform that action. REPPED does not need your existing form answers or passwords to analyze the page and does not intentionally collect passwords, payment-card fields, or authentication credentials from webpages.

The extension uses temporary active-tab access after a user action. It does not continuously monitor browsing activity, read browser history, or inspect unrelated tabs. It cannot operate on Chrome internal pages and other browser-restricted pages.

The extension may store a limited local cache of connection status, profile and project information, selected panel state, and opportunities the creator intentionally saves. Authentication credentials are not exposed to webpages. Local extension data is removed by Chrome when the extension is uninstalled and may also be cleared through available disconnect or browser controls.

Application responses produced by REPPED are drafts. The creator must review and intentionally choose to insert them. REPPED does not automatically submit an application or make a binding commitment on the creator's behalf.

7. AI and Automated Processing

REPPED uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to provide certain features. Information you submit or authorize REPPED to process may be sent to third-party technology, AI, and search service providers when necessary to perform a feature you request.

Current infrastructure and processing providers may include Google Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Vertex AI, Perplexity, and Tavily. Providers and their functions may change as REPPED evolves. We limit information shared with providers to what is reasonably necessary to perform the requested service.

AI systems can make mistakes. REPPED-generated summaries, classifications, recommendations, matches, scores, research, drafts, and other outputs should be reviewed by you before they are published, submitted, or relied upon.

8. Your Creative Work and AI Training

You retain ownership of the creative work and original materials you submit to REPPED. REPPED does not claim ownership of your films, writing, music, artwork, photographs, performances, project materials, or other original creative work merely because you use the service.

REPPED does not sell your private creative work as training data and will not intentionally use your private creative work or private Chrome extension data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models without your explicit permission.

This is different from using AI systems to process information in order to provide a REPPED feature you request. For example, REPPED may use an AI service to analyze a project, summarize information, research your public career, generate text, or evaluate an opportunity.

9. Opportunity Matching and Profile Sharing

REPPED may offer features that match creators with festivals, grants, residencies, commissions, speaking engagements, professional opportunities, partners, programs, or other relevant opportunities.

Where REPPED provides a control allowing you to share your profile for relevant opportunities, that choice is separate from accepting this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service. Turning on opportunity sharing does not transfer ownership of your creative work or profile to REPPED.

10. Public Portfolios and Sharing

REPPED may allow you to create and share a public portfolio or project profile. Information remains private unless you intentionally publish or share it. Information you choose to make public may be accessible to other people and may be indexed, copied, referenced, or shared outside REPPED.

You are responsible for reviewing the information you choose to publish publicly. Private edits do not update a previously shared snapshot until you intentionally share or publish again.

11. Service Providers and Third Parties

We may use third-party providers for services such as cloud hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, communications, web research, artificial intelligence, security, and other infrastructure required to operate REPPED.

We may provide those providers with information reasonably necessary to perform services for REPPED. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, court order, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect REPPED, our users, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.

12. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. REPPED does not need to store your complete payment-card details when those details are collected and processed directly by the payment provider.

13. Data Ownership and Creator Agency

REPPED is designed to help creators maintain greater control over their professional and creative information.

Using REPPED does not give REPPED ownership of your creative identity or original creative work. Certain information generated by REPPED, licensed to REPPED by third parties, or derived from public sources may be subject to separate rights and limitations.

14. Data Retention and Deletion

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide REPPED, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements.

Active-page content processed by the Chrome extension is used to perform the action you request. Page excerpts may be retained when you intentionally save an opportunity or application-related result. Other transient processing data is not intentionally retained longer than reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the requested feature.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through available account controls or by contacting us. Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, transaction records, or legal records after deletion where reasonably necessary for security, billing, legal, or technical purposes.

15. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including authenticated access controls for private account data and server-side enforcement of account entitlements and credits. However, no online service, storage system, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

16. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a copy of certain information.

REPPED may also provide product controls that allow you to edit profile information, control public sharing, manage connected accounts and opportunity matching, or make other choices about how your information is used.

Privacy requests may be sent to hello@getrepped.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

17. International Data Processing

REPPED is an online service used across different countries. Your information may therefore be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live, including where our service providers operate.

Where required, we take reasonable steps intended to handle international data processing in accordance with applicable law.

18. Children's Privacy

REPPED is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Additional age requirements may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

19. Chrome Web Store Limited Use

REPPED's use and transfer of information received through the Chrome extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Extension data is used only to provide or improve the prominent user-facing REPPED features described in the extension and is not transferred for personalized advertising, sold to data brokers, or used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

20. Changes to This Policy

REPPED will continue to evolve. We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated effective date will appear above. When appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes.
